A trip down memory lane is sometimes a very useful exercise.
Living in the past is not a way to live but revisiting it with a fresh eye and with more objectivity just might provide invaluable insight.
If you have done well for yourself, you can look at your past without being thrown back into that pit and you may allow yourself a little of digging – not too much – to get to the root, to the truth.
If you haven’t started to forgive the wrong doers who hurt you, or insulted you, or wronged you in any way, anger comes roaring back with a vengeance and leaves you with your nose out of joint if you let it.
Do yourself a favour… say no to anger and yes to forgiveness. Life is easier if you can breathe and anger will only choke you up, both literally and figuratively.
