There are days you just cannot do it anymore. Your head is not in the game, you are preoccupied, antsy,  and grumpy. You need a break and that’s obvious.

However, work needs to be done, deadlines have to be met, and you put in effort.

You end up doing a job that’s below par – which is not what you usually do – and you feel bad about that too!

Why don’t you do yourself – and everyone else – a favour before you mess up something really bad? Get yourself to bed and sleep, wake up and read. Let your mind unwind.

Peace is sometimes a very elusive state. Nurture it, make it last.. Choose peace.
